So I released A.T.R yestarday for the general public, ATR or Airdrop and Target Range control allows you to do airdrops and set up targets in FSX and Prepar3D! It’s Donationware, in other-words its free and you can pay what you want for it or nothing at all.. and you can get it from up in the link on the menu.
